All our products are brand‑new and factory sealed. Items are not tested or opened prior to sale. In case of a factory defect, kindly update us within the 7‑day warranty period.

Coverage

  • Factory Defect Replacement

    Eligible within 7 days from delivery date, provided the item remains in original condition.

  • Brand‑New, Sealed Units

    Products are sold sealed; no pre‑testing or opening is performed prior to shipment.

Warranty doesn’t cover

  • Mishandling or physical damage

    Any scratches, dents, tints, or damage due to owner’s fault voids the warranty.

  • Change of mind

    Returns due to preference change are not covered under this warranty.

Return for replacement

  • Shipping fee shouldered by buyer

    Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Note: We do not cargo any shipping fees.
