By accessing and purchasing from Ben Gadgets PH, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Products and Availability

All products sold are brand‑new, factory‑sealed items (AirPods, Apple Watch, iPhone, Apple Pencil, iPhone Charger). Availability is subject to stock and may change without prior notice.

Ordering and Payment

  • Orders may be placed via our website or official chat channels.
  • Accepted payments: Cash on Delivery (COD) and Online Payments (GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO).
  • COD transactions may include a rider service fee.
  • For Bulacan, Rodriguez, Antipolo, and Cavite, COD may be difficult to book; online payment is recommended.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Metro Manila: 1–3 business days
  • Outside Metro Manila: 3–5 business days via J&T Express
  • Mindanao: longer delivery times due to distance
  • Flat rate: ₱150 Luzon/Visayas, ₱180 Mindanao

Warranty and Returns

Ben Gadgets PH offers a 7‑Day Warranty & Replacement Policy for factory defects only. Warranty does not cover mishandling, physical damage, or change of mind. Return shipping fees are shouldered by the buyer.

Privacy and Data Protection

Ben Gadgets PH complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173). Customer information is collected only for order processing and delivery, and is not shared with third parties without consent.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the proper courts of Quezon City, Metro Manila.
